Prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Finnish VAT (24% standard rate, or applicable reduced rate). Prices are shown in Euros (€). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

6. Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (implemented in Finland by the Consumer Protection Act, kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, Chapter 6).
This right does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Unopened products may be returned. See our Return Policy for the full procedure.
