1. Your Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer purchasing from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. This right is established under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, implemented in Finland via the Consumer Protection Act (kuluttajansuojalaki 38/1978, Chapter 6).
2. Important Exception: Opened Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that have been opened after delivery where opening them removes the grounds for return on hygiene or health protection grounds (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Because Azonexil is an ingestible food supplement, we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. Only products in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging are eligible for return.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email at call-us-ask@ximthorexly.world or by phone at +358163305500.
- State your name, order reference number and the item(s) you wish to return. You may use any clear written statement; no specific form is required.
- We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Return the product(s) in original, unopened packaging within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to return.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal without any defect in the product, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during return.
If the product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item, damaged in transit, or defective), we will cover return shipping costs and arrange collection if necessary.
5. Refund Processing
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless you explicitly agree otherwise. We will not impose any fees for the refund itself. We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof of posting, whichever is earlier.
6. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will, at our choice, provide a replacement or full refund including outbound and return shipping costs. This does not limit any statutory rights you may have under Finnish consumer law.
